In YNAB at least, all of those can be scheduled as recurring and you only have to mark them cleared when they've happened.

- mgkimsal 9y agorent would probably make sense. my utilities change each month, so "recurring" as an event makes sense, but not the amount.
- craftyguy 9y agoUtilities costs are almost always variable, so it would still require manually entering them in.
- ocfx 9y agoThere is value in manually entering these values as it forces you to process how much was spent and it only takes a couple seconds.
