My kids are a bit younger (8 and 9), but I was keen to get them into board gaming. However, even my attention span isn't that great these days and I don't particularly want to play 2+ hour games or something that takes forever to learn. So I jumped onto BGG, and filtered the top rated games to games that are 30-60 mins max, 2-4 player (it's good when they're still fun with 2 people, not always everyone wants to play), and suitable for 10 year olds. Doing that, found about a dozen that would work. Did a bulk order (way cheaper to buy from the US), and have been very happy.
