Have you tried plugging a charger into that port? I have a Dell 5450 with only one usb-c port which is marked as a Displayport; however my usb charger has no problems charging it (the pc warned me at first about the charger outputting max 29W, but I didn’t need the full 60W anyway. Although this problem is simply about the charger)
