Yeah. Most scooters I see in SF are parked properly / out of the way. People do ride them on sidewalks, but again most people will slow down / walk them when things get too tight. When there are plenty of tent cities and bike chop shops sitting in the middle of sidewalks at the same time, it’s hard to take any complaint about scooters seriously.
