Why not ask accepting terms NOW or else account will be blocked on m/d/y?
- haZard_OS 9y agoLikely they didn't do this because of concern that a person could update their agreement to the T&C, then do something fraudulent, then claim the updated agreement was coerced because the person's livelihood was somehow attached to the PayPal account.
