You appear to view stress as a good thing, or, at the very least, an unavoidable part of the job. It seems likely to me that you deliberately manufacture stress by deploying mission-critical systems that have issues. Seems there might be deficiencies in your pre-deployment testing regime -- a stress factory for sure. tl;dr: If you're a stress factory there's no way on earth I'd be willing to work for you in the first place.
