While we're on the subject, I am tired of taking coding tests or homework, then getting ZERO FEEDBACK on the coding "test" I spent 2 hours (sometimes much more) on. If I am going to get rejected, then have the professional courtesy to give me constructive feedback on the code. In the future, I will ask for this up front before taking any more tests.
