- nodex-alex 9y agoThe article says: Does the GDPR apply to non-EU companies? then it says "maybe" This is false. GDPR applies to any company that ingests data from EU citizens. Enforcement is done by the body in your country (example the ICO in the UK) Don't peddle bad information
