What about termbox, it's a good enough abstraction for coding application for the terminal.
- masukomi 9y agothe author specifically excluded cli editors for what seamed to be reasonable reasons.
- ksherlock 9y agoI must have missed the reasonable reasons. All I saw was: 1. Terminal emulators have too many LOC (how many LOC does cairo, Xlib, Chrome, or GTK have?) 2. Oh noes, you have to check for control codes in your text. (do you want to use a text editor that doesn't?)
