It will just make the problem worse. If you have a tulip bubble, slowing adding tulips to the supply on exacerbates the problem. The solution is to allow the market to disincentivize people from moving here. But that would hurt certain industries and decrease tax revenues that certain groups want to use to do good.
- jamestimmins 8y agoNo, there are valid concerns about the effectiveness of SB-827, but this is a mischaracterization of the problem and a fundamental misunderstanding of bubbles.
