- jonnybgood 8y ago> Regardless of whether they were homeless they should have left and not caused problems. They didn't cause problems. The problems were brought to them. They were just sitting and waiting for a friend.
- anon90 8y agoThey caused problems by not leaving when they were asked it. I've seen white people be asked to leave and they've left without causing problems.
- jonnybgood 8y ago> They caused problems by not leaving when they were asked it. Not all of us like to respect unjustified requests, especially when there's a reason for doing what we're doing.
- dingaling 8y agoYou don't have the option to respect or disrespect requests, regardless of their merit, when you are on private property. You leave when requested or you are trespassing. It is that simple. Even buying a coffee doesn't entitle you to stay against the owner's wish.
- selimthegrim 8y agoA business isn't allowed to violate the 14th Amendment on grounds of being private property. This isn't a private club or residence.
- astura 8y agoExcuse me? The law is very clear that public businesses are not allowed to discriminate based on skin color. There were white women who didn't purchase anything in that location at that same time who weren't asked to leave. That's both illegal and a shitty thing to do.
