Having harmful genetic mutations widely spread in population is indeed a risk, but it's a problem with medicine in general, and we are not close to that point yet. Also a common cause of infertility that this technology will be helping with, will be old age. And though not marrying when you are young is not the smartest thing from evolutionary point of view, it's not harmful genetic mutation, and there is no good reason for medicine to not help these people.
