My understanding is that it is best practice to run your docker builds and images as s non root user. OpenShift will complain if you do for example. Now this kaniko image runs the build as root contrary to the recommendation and the post explicitly mentions this difference with Orca. Why is it okay now for kaniko to run as root user?
