Ask HN:Pivacy conscious internet store?

Is there any privacy preserving web store. For search engines there is duckduckgo and ya.cy ,email has protonmail but I am looking for a place to shop online as an alternative to Amazon,Ebay and other sites that openly track, fingerprint and log everything users do on the site. If there isn't any, what in your opinion has been(or is) an obstacle?
