My experience was the exact opposite.
They'd all ask, "Why would I hire you if you're just going to leave and do another startup?".
Even in San Francisco, which was more surprising than in the midwest.
- NPMaxwell 9y agoYou got me thinking it over. It's a question (like "what are your three biggest weaknesses?") that you need to have an answer for. In my case, I said that, while I could do sales, I didn't like sales.
