- anoncoward778 9y agoThe American flag is already bleached out. All that is needed is something to remove and disturb the other items left on the surface of the moon, say one or two good asteroid/meteorite strikes We pass across meteorite showers on a constant consistent basis. That evidence wont last 1000 years let alone 60 million

- c22 9y agoWe have LIDAR scans of most of the moon. https://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/imagegallery/image_feature_2110.html https://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/imagegallery/image_feature_2... https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/planetary/clementine.html https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/planetary/clementine.html https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/nmc/experimentDisplay.do?id=1994-004A-04 https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/nmc/experimentDisplay.do?id=1994... https://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/20120012916.pdf https://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/201200...
