frankly i think turning sex work into a profession that requires a license to operate with the requirement of being verified to be of age by the state would do far more to cull child exploitation than making a grey market greyer, more underground & dangerous for the workers involved. make it taxable, zoneable and most importantly, give those involved the ability to find recourse and protection under the law.
