"Targeted Advertising" in my opinion is just gimmick of those advertisers. Sure it do works sometimes, but it is not panacea for all.

- mrweasel 8y agoIt also only works if you have enough ads. Take Youtube as an example: They don't have enough ads available in Denmark for them to display enough ads sufficiently targetted towards the correct segment. The result is that I see the same three or four ads all the time. Currently it seems to be 50/50 if I'm show a One.com ad before a video.
