Who is "we?" :)
- phy6 9y agoIt was one of many DARPA projects to see what can be done with the table scraps of open/unclassified data available. The ship beaconing data was in that category. As was uber sample data, backpage data, darkweb ecommerce, blockchain ledgers. We looked at ALL kinds of data, and tried fusing where we could.
