It looks like a CJ-5 to me (may be an older model though), which is a pretty basic old design. You can see it does not have power steering, power brakes (actually I am not sure it it has any brakes), or much of anything for the instrument panel. It is really just a frame and basic drive train with a body tub on top. Cool video though. (I drive a '84 cj7)
