Do you have any rights whatsoever, if you're a foreigner entering America?
- edanm 16y agoYou obviously have some human rights. They can't (legally) harm you physically without any reason, afaik.
- hugh3 16y agoYou have all sorts of rights. The main one you don't have is the right to get into the country, and that's the only one which really matters. So definitely do not try this trick if you're a foreigner attempting to enter the US.
