- walshemj 9y agoOr the process of how that massive budget proposal with handwritten amendments was handled. And that all the congress persons understood all the motions and that the entire thing 's Consequentials where correct :-) Or is it like a former HOC whip said to me once executives get a way with " a lot of naughty shit"
