I am all for increasing fairness among market participants. That said, what incentive do those who benefit from technological and other advantages in today's markets have to utilize a venue like OneChronos? It seems that market incumbents wouldn't have a compelling reason to use OneChronos other than a sudden sense of altruism. Given that these incumbents make up much of the trading volume in existing exchanges, what will OneChronos do to garner their business?
