Probably better to ask how many drugs are developed without public funding.
Usually, the private sector finds public funds for the risky parts.. or starts off from discoveries made with public funds in a University.
- oisdfjoijok 9y agoTo be able to provide public funding, you also need to have public money. So it still seems valid to compare productivity of countries (in terms of cures invented).
