I don't exercise for one simple reason - its a temporary solution to a permanent problem and as a geek I hate, hate, hate those with a passion. Breathing, eating - also a temporary solution to a permanent problem. It just takes more time for the problem of "not exercising" to reveal itself compared to the problem of "not eating".
