- handbanana 8y agoWell, if they are OK with the time off before you sign then it shows they do value time off. And I like to set the tone with new employers - they can expect I take off a decent amount of PTO. To be clear, I've only worked for employers who advertise their PTO as very good/unlimited. As to your last question, yes.
