Having an education / the leisure to spend enough time to understand and be interested in the kind of topic that are discussed here, along with just having an internet connection probably puts you in the top 10%. For example, having a fixed salary in France, at minimum wage (~17,760EUR/y) puts you in the top 4% globally. Anything above minimum wage and you steadily climb to the top 1%. Poor people are a lot poorer than we think, and you're likely not among them if you're reading this.
