This needs the title corrected: as it stands it reads as much more inflammatory than it actually is - this is an incident that happened in 1994 and the title is actually "When a Russian President Ended Up Drunk and Disrobed Outside the White House"
- DanielBMarkham 9y agoI added the year. I'm not sure I can fix the fact that the Russian president was in his underwear, out in the road looking to find a pizza. Or the fact he snuck out the next night. If you could help me make the title less inflammatory? Happy to help out. It's a great title. It's a great story. It's people being people. But if I missed it, give me a suggestion of how to fix it.
