That's probably because they're not posting abhorrent content.
- fortythirteen 8y agoYeah, because 100 million murdered by communists in the 20th century wasn't enough, amirite?
- kadenshep 8y agohttps://www.quora.com/What-has-killed-more-people-communism-or-capitalism https://www.quora.com/What-has-killed-more-people-communism-... The worst thing about the talking point you're spouting off is how unaware you've willingly chosen to be about this topic.
- dang 8y agoPlease don't use HN for ideological flamewar. It's off topic here.
- fortythirteen 8y agoI doubt you would feel that way if I responded to someone condoning fascism.
- miragle 8y agoI have a sneaking suspicion that you're itching to do just that
- fortythirteen 8y agoIf I was, I would have worded my initial, base level, comment differently. Note that I'm not the one bringing up right or left and I'm specifically complaining about websites that have a far right user base. So, I think you should question if you're projecting here.
- miragle 8y agoHow did you jump from talking about left politics on the internet to literally murdering 100 million people?
- fortythirteen 8y agoBecause that's what has happened at the extreme left (Stalin, Mao). If someone ignores the evils of fascism, would you not inform them?
- miragle 8y agoWhen somebody makes a post about purchasing something using money, do you wade into the discussion to call them slavers and murderers because of capitalism's unsavory history?
- fortythirteen 8y agoProjection. You’re the one who stated that left wing extremists “aren’t posting anything abhorrent” on social media. Forgive me if I consider “death to capitalists” abhorrent.
- dang 8y agoWould you please also not use HN for ideological flamewar? It's what we're most trying to avoid here, really. https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html
