Informed consent seems like a reasonable place to start.
- downandout 9y agoYes, you were informed when you signed up. Your failure to read TOS, but agree to them anyway, is nobody’s fault but your own. This whole culture of “well yeah, I did it, but obviously that doesn’t mean I am responsible for it” is ludicrous to me. We are all responsible for our own choices in life.
