This is an interesting idea. Are there any information sources you'd recommend to people who are curious about this strategy?
- Jemmeh 9y agoCheck out the Bigger Pockets website. The 3rd party managers are called Property Managers. Make sure you look at reviews to find a good one, there are many out there that will end up costing you more than you save. :)
