You /can/ implement a deletion mechanism, but you just can't "guarantee" it. I think it'd be up to a court to decide if that would be grounds for winning a case

You /can/ implement a deletion mechanism, but you just can't "guarantee" it. I think it'd be up to a court to decide if that would be grounds for winning a case against a potential company that used IPFS (I don't know any that do).
