The problem I see is that the county (Orange) is unilaterally deciding which cities (Irvine, Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel) the homeless should be moved to.
- prostoalex 9y agoIt comes down to land ownership - county owns more land in some cities than others. They cannot propose homeless housing in Rancho Santa Margarita or Coto de Caza since most of that land is owned by someone other than the county.
