    Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but the context is bognation's proposal for data collection tiering. Instead of tiering, just adopt a GDPR-like law. > Hell, where are the politicians who even have multiple words to say about privacy? In the vein of Manufacturing Consent - the elites in the US are not split on the topic so there is no discussion. Larger companies, especially in SV, run on private data.
