- z3t4 9y agoYou can do like they do in psychology. Instead of asking how happy where you today ? You can ask, how productive where you today. Then you can test stuff like having everyone write unit tests etc, and repeat the assessment. You can also use variables to coordinate well with productivity, like how fun and satisfaction.
