Wow, this is just plain stupid. I think I would rather stop using Twitter than to be forced to use their awful clients.

    I believe they will just wrap their website into an Electron app.

      Yes, it's called TweetDeck.

    And I stopped using Twitter on my Mac when they discontinued it. (I tried the web version, but that didn‘t seem like the twitter I signed up for)
