What was your experience with Magnesium aspartate such as found in ZMA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZMA_(supplement) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZMA_(supplement))? Most of the research I saw was that this would work fine in terms of actual absorption.
- jerf 9y agoNo experience. Now that I found one that works, I'm not hunting around. It probably isn't that hard to find a form of magnesium that is more bioavailable than slapping an oxygen on it and hoping the body can pull it apart.
