You're talking only about the public + free MOOC stuff, right? I think it's reasonable for that to be biased toward less specialized stuff. Internally, Berkeley definitely isn't based toward the intro-level stuff. Quite the opposite. But the most polished, rehearsed, mass-manufactured classes are certainly the gigantic intro-level ones everyone takes.
