So, could this kind of thing have caused the MH370 disappearance?
It's a stretch, but perhaps similar cockpit confusion caused by oxygen deprivation or ToCP poisoning (from a gas leak) could have been a reason to change direction (before passing out)?
- avs733 9y agoTheoretically I could see how, but my impression was that there wasn't a single flight path change but multiple changes and possibly even active effort to avoid radar [1]. That seems more cognitively engaged than the routinous behavior described in the article.
