Get rid of the problem employee, toxicity will extend and it will hamper communication and trust. If you’re having these problems with such a small group that should still be in the “all for one one for all” stage it’s going to continue and be much more painful to deal with down the line if you have success. Also if you’re starting to catch fire from your CEO (founder/cofounder) about it that’s a good indication that it’s already leading to those problems and is effecting your standing/trust with the rest of the company.
