  2.11 Apps that duplicate apps already in the App Store may be rejected, particularly if there are many of them I wonder how quality of the current apps vs quality of the new app applies here.

    Of course those rules are still subjective ... what does "many of them" mean anyway? But still, it's an improvement.

    You have to make it a bit better/different and then they can't argue it's duplicate. You can say, oh we can't compete now. Only 3 car manufacturers are allowed?
