looks like what Europe does should be learned by google-in-the-USA, does google have the responsibility to put only true info online? or it just spits out whatever it can find? facebook says it collects private info for ads to profit so that the poor can use facebook freely, I am not rich but I'm willing to pay google for a nominal fee to get quality results while surfing, 20% users pay that fee might be enough to cover the rest 80% that can use google for free, not sure how this will work, but this sounds better to me than the $100K legal cost here.
