I was struck by how I started feeling after drinking Diet Coke. It's a rather indescribable feeling of discomfort afterward. The studies about its harmful effects are of no surprise to me. Same with Ramen. I even experience muscle aching at times after eating it. It's a shame because I find it so tasty!
