I know a few guys who worked as escorts for female clients. The clients were usually aged late 30s onwards, some lonely, some just looking for sex. Mostly they were affluent, busy professionals. Women seem to like paying for instant sex too if the social conditions are right.

And from two interviews I read, men are treated terribly in general by women compared to how women are treated who work in those professions.
