I’ve driven this road many times and it’s pretty obvious where to go. The lanes split into 2 different roads and you see the elevated way turning right in the distance so turning left would never make sense. I wouldn’t be surprised if the chevrons which are pretty worn down would be low priority on the maintenance list given how obvious it is and how annoying work there would be.
