I was able to ignore the UX because I just needed a small box for OpenVPN and Caddy. I could not however continue using them once they asked me to verify my identity after a month of usage. I was paying $3.50 per month. No other hosting provider has asked me for that kind of information. With that stupid move, they lost a customer for life.
