Probably not, since Nvidia eGPUs are not currently supported by Apple. Although, it is possible to compile TensorFlow from source with CUDA support for macOS.

Although, it is possible to compile TensorFlow from source with CUDA support for macOS. You have to make a few tweaks to the source code and symlink some libraries.
