We tested all different times and traffic levels but in general, Uber's algorithm is terrible at predicting traffic since they use their own internal maps system (as opposed to gmaps or waze).

I usually get an estimated arrival time right after booking and that's generally correct on the few Uber trips I've taken. How different was your estimated arrival time and your actual arrival time?
