You need an app though because it’s not possible in the Photos app (yet?) e.g. Focos

- rounce 9y agoApple bought PrimeSense - the company that owned the depth camera technology used in MS' Kinect - in 2013. I wouldn't be surprised if the iPhone uses a descendant of the Kinect.
