And this link clearly says:

So... first time for how many years? And as, article points out, the leak itself is rather minor.
- jacquesm 9y agoThat may simply be a function of how little leaks out of Russia. Reasonably closed states that tend to murder their opposition have a bit of an advantage here. If Snowden or Manning had been Russian I would totally expect them to be killed to serve as an example to other potential leakers.
